Preparing Drafts for JSMR Conference Proceedings
Please send your draft to the conference committee (see bottom) by email attachment conforming to the Word template by Sunday, September 15. We advise you to send your papers early so that we can contact you about possible revisions. Your paper may not be included if it is not revised according to our requests.
The templates can help you prepare the paper, but the directions below provide more details.
Please send an e-mail attachment, not a hard copy.
Directions for “Conference Papers” Submissions
- Length: Two A4-size pages.
（or four pages maximum, not three pages） - Please send the Word file or PDF file as an e-mail attachment.
- Style (The template is according to the following style.)
- Please prepare draft according to the JSMR journal style (following APA style).
- Margin: Top and Bottom 30mm，Right and Left 25mm
- Title : Times New Roman 16point centering
（Subtitle: Times New Roman 14point centering）Please use colon for the subtitle.
The title length should be 12 - 20 words. - Presenter's name: Times New Roman 11 point centering
In the case of a joint study, please put ○ before the name of presenter (for a single author, ○ is not necessary). - Affiliation: Please indicate (university, company or other) in parentheses after the presenter's name.
- Heading: Italics Times New Roman 12 point
- Subheading: Times New Roman 11 point with period
- Text: Times New Roman 11 point
- Title of the figure is specified in Times New Roman 10 point centering under the figure.
- Title of the table is specified in Times New Roman 10 point centering above the figure.
- The figure and the table will be printed monochrome.
Please paste within the specified margins. - Reference: Times New Roman 11 point
- Please do not insert page numbers.
