goose bumps (pimples)/ the creeps
1. the creeps （ぞっとする気持ち）(the shiversは寒け)

いつもtheとともに使われる複数名詞です。

gives ~the creepsとかget the creepsのように使います。

His grin gave me the creeps.
かれのにやにやした笑いにぞっとした気持ちになった。

creepは動詞としても使われます。虫が肌の上を這う感じ。

His grin made my flesh (skin) creep.

=His grin made me creep all over.

2. goose bumps/pimples （鳥肌）
これも似た意味です。bumpsとpimplesは複数名詞です。普通に「鳥肌が立った」という時には、theは使いません。the bumps/pimples と言う場合は、「例の」「いつもの」「あの時の」特定の場所、時間の時の鳥肌のことになります。

I got goose bumps all over when I saw something white flying over the boardwalk.
Something white gave me goose bumps.
The wind was so cold and I had goose bumps.
I have the shivers. Look at the goose bumps/pimples I have on my arms.
寒気がする。(The shiversも複数名詞。) 両腕に鳥肌が立ってるでしょ。

bumpsやpimplesの変わりにflesh（肉、皮膚）も使われます。Fleshは不可算です。

しかし、bumpもpimpleもgooseがつかないで単独の時は可算名詞です。

bumpはこぶとか隆起したもの。でこぼこです。

I fell and hit the back of my head. I got a big bump.
後頭部にこぶができた。

Drive carefully. There is a speed bump ahead.
前方にスピード抑止帯がある。

pimpleはニキビです。（ニキビのもうひとつの単語であるacneはpimplesが顔にたくさん出る皮膚の症状で、不可算名詞です。）

I’ve got a pimple on the nose.

I’ve got acne all over my face.
