(1) gooseflesh
goosefleshはflesh(肉、肌)ですから、不可算名詞ですので、単数複数については気にする必要はありません。いつでもそのままgoosefleshです。
He touched my arm with his hand and it gave me gooseflesh.
I felt gooseflesh rise on my spine when I passed by a hill. Later I heard that a lot of war dead had been buried under it.
(2)goose pimples あるいはgoose bumps
このふたつは複数名詞です。
I have goose pimples/bumps all over my body.のように使います。
*I have a goose pimple/bump.のように単数として使えません．
(3) pimple/pimples
しかし、不思議なことにgooseを使わないpimpleだけの場合は「にきび」の意味で数えることができます。
I have a pimple on the cheek.
I have several pimples on the cheek.
「鳥肌」の場合は、ぶつぶつ(pimples)が単独では現れないで、肌のある範囲にいくつも同時に現れることを示しているために、単数では用いられないのです。goose pimples/bumpsのようにいつも複数形で用いらます。
にきびとしては、a zit/zitsが使われることもあります。
(4)acne
acneという単語がありますが、これは、ニキビ(pimples)がある皮膚の状態をいいます。不可算名詞です。複数形はありません。
I have acne.
I have some acne.
My high school teacher told us that we suffered from acne because of the oil in the pores. He told us we should wash our faces several times a day with soap so that the oil could be washed out of them.
