MISSION STATEMENT
PHILOSOPHY & CULTURAL EMBODIMENT is an interdisciplinary open access journal devoted to developing philosophical or theoretical consideration on cultural embodiment and strengthening the links between philosophy, psychology, and cultural anthropology by publishing original, peer-reviewed contributions that expand these fields of research. The journal is published once a year.

PHILOSOPHY & CULTURAL EMBODIMENT (PCE or ‘the Journal’) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The PCE is the data controller for the collection and processing of your personal information.
What type of personal data do we handle? There are four main categories of personal data stored by our journal platform, our press platform, and our book management system; Website User data, Author data, Reviewer data and Editor data.
What do we do to keep that data secure? We regularly backup our databases, and we use reliable cloud service providers to ensure they are kept securely. Backups are regularly rotated and the old data is permanently deleted.
PCE shall implement technically appropriate measures for the protection of personal information, and shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information handled and for the safe management of personal information.
