SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Only submissions of less than 10,000 words in length, including notes, references, abstract, tables, appendices, etc., will be considered.
Submissions must be prepared for blind review. Style guidelines for the first round of review are liberal. Papers that follow standard citation formats (MLA, Chicago, etc.) will be accepted.

Manuscripts that can be submitted must not have been published elsewhere and are not currently under review elsewhere. Submissions can be made via the online submission form at https://www.editorialmanager.com/pce/Default.aspx
